Finally

There they were, beaming, full of life. I never forgot how happy I was to be with them. They were my pride and joy. I enjoyed every minute of the many years I took care of them. I learned so much from watching them grow throughout the years. Through them I rediscovered life's little pleasures. I began to appreciate again things which most people take for granted. The sun. A fluttering butterfly. Bright blue sky. Morning dew. Laughter.

After almost 4 long months. I got to see them again.

Too bad it was just a dream.
