I didn't stay long as I had to go to the airport to pick up my cousin Julie. I was 15 minutes late because the traffic was so damn heavy on Andrews Avenue. By the time I got to the Island Transvoyager gate, Julie was already out sitting on her suitcase with her headphones on.

I didn't stay long as I had to go to the airport to pick up my cousin Julie. I was 15 minutes late because the traffic was so damn heavy on Andrews Avenue. By the time I got to the Island Transvoyager gate, Julie was already out sitting on her suitcase with her headphones on.
We headed to High St. for a quick dinner at Abe. I ate ampalaya for the first time in more than two decades. Let's just say it's gonna take another two decades before I try it again. Bleck!
Went home to nap for a bit, woke up around 11pm, got ready and drove to Encore to catch DJ Skratchmark's set at 12:30am. We didn't stay long as Julie was scheduled to meet with a vinyl collector first thing Sunday morning.
It was funny how my cousin and I just stood inside the club and observed people for 30 minutes then left with the quickness. We enjoyed Mark's music and all but we both agreed that staying until the wee hours of the morning was not our thing anymore.
Really though, we past that.
