Our friends at Nike Philippines invited select media to join the Nike x Manny Pacquiao global conference call. We were joined by Manny Pacquiao and Tony Atayde (Nike) from Wild Card Gym, Zack and Clifton (Nike design team) with Rodney Knox from Nike HQ and other members of the media overseas. (slamxhype, smokingsection.net to name a few)

For forty minutes we listened as the Nike team discussed the inspiration behind the design of Manny's new line of apparel and footwear for his upcoming fight. Manny also answered a few questions while Zack and Clifton thoroughly explained every detail of each product.

I threw out the last question. "With Manny's growing popularity not only in the sport of boxing but also as one of Nike's biggest endorsers, will we ever see a line similar to what Nike has done for Jordan Brand or even the P-Rod line?"

After the conference call, the awesome peeps from Ogilvy toured me around their office. Look who it is. It's birthday girl Pam!

Went straight to Ronac after where I met up with Mark (wL) and Miko. They wanted lunch and for some strange reason, we ended up at this place. First timer.
