Finally made it to LASA Sandwiches & Pearls after more than a month after its grand opening. Heard their sandwiches always sold out so it was just wise to wait it out.
This place quickly filled up after we placed our order.
I'm so glad we don't live in Lynnwood anymore because this Lechon Kawali Roll is SOOOOOO good. (But not healthy for an aging person like me.)
I gasped in gastronomic awe when I opened the box because I knew these sisig fries were gonna be good as soon as I saw the sunny side up egg. Would've have scored it a perfect 100 if it was topped with some mayo.
Next stop? Marysville!

SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW. Been almost a year since the last time we were here. Salish Sea is still my fav brewery in the Pacific Northwest!
Puts other breweries to shame, tbh.
