I gotta stop going on reddit and believing every single comment about a certain restaurant being "the best" in the state. Went to Wilkeson after the M's game today, which is about 1 hour southeast of Seattle, to try The Carlson Block. This spot supposedly serves the best wood-fired pizza in Washington.
Let's see what they got.

There was only 1 customer seated at the bar when we got there but more people came after we ordered and sat down.
My type of refreshment.
We got a whole box of pizza for free!

So what's the verdict? It wasn't the best but it's definitely worth trying!
